weighing in a small gain, due to TOM, I was also sick and drank a few of those emergen-c powder drinks and didn't stay under 20 net carbs and i only went to gym 2 times last week, but Im not going to beat my self up.. Today is a new day and a new week. Going to get strict on my steps and log every single thing i eat. Mini goal for the week is add more water. Go me !
