Well, that’s a little frustrating but trying not to let it get to me. Was so excited last weekend to be about to celebrate a 50 lb loss and get under 330 (with quite a way to go still obviously). Kept well under recommended calorie count all week, made every meal from scratch. Lost an hour of swimming due to pool closure, sure, but was not expecting a gain. Weeks like these scare me as an emotional eater - going to do my best to take it in stride and not sabotage efforts or lose sight of the ultimate health goals and sustainable lifestyle.
