Just a few days ago, my weight had bumped up 2lbs and I blamed myself for going a bit over my calorie limit each day. Turns out my body knew what it needed and that was just a blip because this week’s weight loss is ahead of pace. WOOHOO

Yay! I agree. The body knows. (I have to make sure it is truly my body and not me talking myself into overeating) LOL. But I have experienced that and it is awesome!

So true @davidsprincess. It wasn’t until I realized I’m in the Luteal phase that the increased hunger made sense (and was validated in my mind). Tonight is Pizza Friday and that is definitely falling under craving and not need 😋
