Starting weight was 476 on 1/26/15. Weigh in today; after 3 weeks, down to 447 pounds. Lost 29 pounds.

Lost 6.09% of body weight
BMI dropped to 64.1
No soda for 21 days
No alcohol for 24 days
Did not cheat on diet for 21 days

Must start walking more. Knees are feeling somewhat better at times. No excuses. My knees will hurt no matter what; get to stepping. I got 10 days until my first month is up.

Want to lose at least 40 pounds in month one. Can I lose 11 pounds in 10 days?
