Things were going so well, until I had to mind two children, who insisted on going to McDonalds. And I was really proud of myself, I really held back, I just got a veggie wrap, no fries or fizzy drink, just water. That was 400 calories ish I think. And even when the girls didn't finish their food, I still held on and refused to eat it. And then I had to go and clean my granny's house as she's returning from holidays tomorrow... and of course there was no food there and after a couple of hours my mom and the kids were hungry and decided to order pizza. It worked out that we all got two slices each, but the kids didn't finish their second slices and that damn MSG got the better of me, that along with the fact that my mother made a comment about my weight and rather than let her know that it got to me, I made a couple of jokes and ate the kids' leftovers. Then when we got home, we had a visitor and tea and biscuits were out of course... and damn it, I ate 5. I'm feeling absolutely disgusting now. Due to the fact that I haven't been well for the last few days and a change in my medication, my energy levels are zero aswell, so I haven't been working out. I'm thinking of trying the babyfood diet for a week. Anyone out there tried it, and if so, how did it go?
