Progress pics can be very helpful as we work to make changes in our health & appearance. Whether you're 'selfie challenged' (like me) or an expert at it...I encourage everyone to take a few minutes today to pick out some clothes, take a few selfies from different angles, then put those same clothes in a special place to wear again for comparison at a later date. If discouragement sets in, just whip out the progress pics to help get you back on track & fired up again. I'm not seeking compliments, just demonstrating how helpful this can be over time. (This is the 2nd half of my total weight loss, which seemed to take longer than the 1st half). I know I can come across as very 'Pollyanna-ish' with my posts, but I try to keep things positive, informative & upbeat...even though I also struggle with discouragement. The world is a scary place right now, with anxiety & stress piling up each day. Please take care of yourselves and remember that we're all in this together...to support & lift each other up whenever possible. Stay safe my friends💙🌷💙

oceanladyjulia, I understand! I have recently parked my walker in the closet for now. Will have to see if this lasts as the weather gets colder🤔 But for now the Enbrel is working to give me back my mobility😊

buenitabishop💙💙💙 It's weird but I don't see a big difference...except the shirt is now pretty darn baggy and I needed to fold 1 side in to even see the change.

ImalittleLESSfluffyNOW, I had never heard that expression before joining FS...but it has helped me so much to keep a balanced perspective and to appreciate small improvements💕 I AM kind of a perfectionist, so the expression reminds me to cut myself some slack😉

I have been on and off. My connection has been very poor I could see her and at times I can’t hear her and I know she can’t see me. Because of it. I will try tomorrow morning. I will be at work but I will try 😊
