Went to The Melting Pot tonight, and they don't seem to have any of their nutritional information published. if anyone knows anything about this, that would be helpful. I tried to figure out what i had to eat and put together the info for my food diary. I was very proud that I focused on the fruits and vegetables, and shied away from the bread, and cakes, though I took a taste of each. I'm feeling really good about my choices today. phew!!

I'm sure you did fine. I have no info on that place. I hate when restaurants don't post their information. Especially chains like that!

I don't know about them specifically, but I often have success finding nutrition information for restaurants that don't publish it themselves at http://www.thedailyplate.com. I go to Cracker Barrel quite often, and they don't publish any of their nutrition info...luckily the daily plate has it covered for me.
