I finished my math class Today. I have been working on getting this requirement out of the way for two years. I dont like math but it was required for my degree. When I started it seemed like too much to take on. As the weeks have gone by I relized that I only have to get through today and try not to focus on the enormous task ahead of me. I will try to look at this diet (new life style change) the same way. Just get through today....I had one of my favorite foods today, a seven layer burrito from taco bell. I was going to eat only half ...but I saved enough calories by not eating my afternoon snack..so I savored it all...very good, very filling....very smart.

lots of water. continue to record..this is the key for me right now.
