Giving myself advanced notice....
I am 40 on Friday and I am not going to get bent out of shape if I don't completely adhere to eating properly. There will be drinking, a Gov't Mule concert (more drinking) and probably a whole heck of a lot of eating utter garbage.
On the flip side...I WILL behave for the duration of the week until Friday. After that...all bets are off.
