Each bread has different calories, wheat is not the same as barley or other cereals. But I am sure it's not a bad product. In any weight loss diet (or something else) it is important to eat cereals and foods somtehing like that

I agree about the breads. One thing I am learning (I'm only two weeks calorie counting) is that not all high calorie foods are bad. So I'll continue with my bread, count the calories and try to make the healthy choices. I'd rather spend my calories on bread than a beer 🍺, unless of course I have any calories left to treat myself to one 😉 😜

hehhe I always save some calories for my glass of wine, only 100ml, but I like it on some Saturdays. I usually eat about 200 grams of bread, but my diet is 50% carbohydrates.
