Back in the right direction, ketones at 2.1mmol. I'm starting to get stronger physically as I am also doing a bit of strength training. I wanted to get to some semblance of 135 kilos by Monday but this will be struggle. Will try my level best though. After Wednesday I am in Christmas mode till 20 January 2023 and I will only be looking to loose about 2-3kg and get to 133kg the entire time. Taking the time as a gentle refresher and upping of calories.
