Finally, got back on track on Monday and consumed about 1500 calories. Frankly, it felt so much better to eat my normal meals rather than the overconsumed buffet meals at family get-togethers. There was a temporary weight gain from last Friday, but this AM started dropping from the high yesterday. Will really have to concentrate during the next 16 days prior to our kids coming for Christmas, so that my weight does not get out of control. Unfortunately cannot exercise as yet due to the back & knee, but I am working on that too. That PT guy really puts me through the grind. Everyone,....keep focused, keep seeing the goal, and look forward toward the New Year. God is Good !!
