Yes, I've been away for a while and yup, I have to admit that it's partly because of some of the comments/remarks I've received (kinda like a Will Smith slap)...but you know what? I need to get over it! Get around it or through it or whatever!
This is MY JOURNAL. My life! My journey! And there are many BEAUTIFUL people here that I believe truly & sincerely care about each other. Anything that I share here is solely meant to offer a wide variety of ideas, topics, inspiration, and encouragement...because we're all different. We all respond differently to a suggestion or idea.
I don't claim to be an expert on anything, and I most CERTAINLY don't think I know it all. But I DO CARE! I care that each of us might keep fighting the good fight, making better health choices, keep being kind & respectful to each other (even when we disagree).
So today I offer this bit of encouragement:
