Starting to wonder now, what number I should stop at for weight loss...when I started this journey originally, I had the goal of 170. I thought if I can just get there, I'll be content at that weight. I'm now 13 below that as I have set my 3rd goal, which is 146...11 lbs to go. Now I'm thinking maybe less,
71,2 kg Bisher verloren: 20,9 kg.    Still to go: 5,6 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
Verlust von 4,4 kg pro Woche

I think if you are eating roughly the same amount of calories and doing the same amount of exercise and you are still losing at a safe rate,then perhaps you might want to consider setting 5lb goals instead and evaluate each time you reach the goal. At some point you will reach your "set point", you just don't know what it is yet. I am in the same position as you. I have been overweight for so long, I don't know what a "normal weight" for me is. Good luck!
