I weighed in at my diabetic appointment on April 9 and I had gained 3 pounds, i had followed my diet plan reasonably well but my dietician recommended I go on a low carb diet and lower my daily caloric intake. I was disappointed I didn't lose any weight but I am not giving up . I started my low carb diet today.
109,3 kg Bisher verloren: 0,5 kg.    Still to go: 27,7 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
