Heeeeyyyy Ladies (And the occasional dude that reads my posts lol) Well, I havent been online nearly as much as I am used to. I am staying pretty busy, and weight loss has sorta taken the back-burner-position of my life. In other words, I'm just not concentrating on it like I once was. I'm finding this works better for, and I am so surprised! Because I am not counting calories, and not really on a 'diet'. I guess you could say I am just using common sense when I eat.
WARNING: do not try this if you already know what works for you! Most people do need more structure when it comes to weight loss.
I have tried, and tried, and tried, and am STILL trying to figure out exactly what works for me. So far, this is the closest thing.
