I was actually shocked when I weighed this morning. I weigh during the week but don't log it . I weighed Wed 81.8 and upstairs yesterday around 6 before getting ready for work 82.2. I added more calories so hoping not a big gain but def didn't think I had loss from last week. I'm going to add more calories every day and see how it goes. Still trying to retrain my brain. It was hard adding the extra Wed and Thurs.
