It's the same story with me. I achieve some dieting success, and then I slip back. It's not exactly a "slip," either. It's more of a fall. And it's always the evening that gets me. I'm thinking of doing another treadmill session in the evening, even if it's slow, just to change up my routine. And weekends are always tough, with restaurants, bbq's, et cetera. I know I need to do more planning. I'm hoping that writing this down will help me.
Do I really want to be less heavy? Yes, I do! It's just a tough struggle.

I think maybe you haven't really committed entirely to losing. When people want something bad enough, nothing gets in their way. You can do it, Debbra. Just honestly figure out why you're doing this to yourself. You keep setting yourself up for disappointment. You know what you gotta do. Do it!

I have a friend who typed up a list of "Why I Am Going to Succeed" and kept it handy for whenever temptation started to get to her. Not sure if that type of thing would work for you, but thought I'd mention it. If you could just keep the healthy choices and exercise consistent for long enough, hopefully they would become habits - harder to break! You can do it! You deserve it!

That's a really good idea...that list. I think you need something to reaffirm your goals and why you want to reach them. Remember you're worth the trouble.
