Update! I’ve stabilized at 49kgs and love where my body is at. I’ve started just weight lifting, no cardio, no calorie deficit and have learned that it’s really helped my mental health which has helped me finally see results. Apart from that it’s true that protein keeps you full for longer, ive upped my intake (around 80-100g estimate) and no longer snack as much/at all.
