Well, it was very difficult on vacation. Not because of cravings; but the places we stopped had very limited low-carb choices. Then, it was hard to eat on plan at a family reunion where I had no control over what food was served. Lesson learned: next time I travel, I will be more prepared. However, I was very disciplined and didn't partake of all the goodies.
