Back from New Zealand and had an amazing time. I did a great deal of hiking and climbed some very steep mountains. Some days I hiked for 8-10 hours. However, I guess even though I did a great deal of very long hikes up extremely strenuous mountains my intake was still greater than my output. As a result, I gained 10 lbs. My goal now is to get back to my weight in February of 177 so I need to lose 10 lbs and then to a realistic goal of 175. I think it should take me about 2 months to achieve this goal and hopefully keep it.
