Meadow Mist's Notizen, 15 Mai 15

Today's my first day here! I think I'll like having a spot to record my exercise, meals, etc. I've sort of been wanting to see it all in one place for a while now. :)

I feel over all rather good, with a decent amount of energy, but I'll admit I'm a little bit out of shape. I suppose I'm kind of thinking about my looks mainly (yeah, I know, so vain of me! :( ), and noticed I'm above what is considered "healthy" weight range for my hight. I'm sure some of my extra weight really is muscle (I've always been kinda strong) but looking at my legs especially, I think some of it is definitely a bit of extra fat. :/

Here's hoping God will help us to, with this site, a bit of hard work, perseverance and faith, achieve better overall health and well-being. The healthier we are, the better our ability to serve Him, that we might glorify His name!

Aaaand the healthier we are, the better we're likely to feel in general! ^^ (Though I believe the former is probably a bit more important between the two!) ;)
