Thanks Dabbington! I’ve submitted it for review to the FatSecret recipe page! But it’s super easy and versatile! Typically I Sautee some onions and sausage, then add any veggies that need to be used up into the same pan! For this one I used kale and mushrooms, but I’ve done bell peppers, broccoli, even potatoes lol. Then I season the veggies with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, whisk about 8 eggs and 1/4 cup of oat milk together and pour that over the veggies/sausage right in the pan! Then I transfer the pan to the oven and bake it at 375 for about 15 minutes or until it’s all set in the middle and starting to brown! It’s honestly one of my easiest breakfasts in the morning, and no matter what I put in there the kids will always eat at least a slice or two which makes it an automatic win in my book 😂
