It was a good week! Well done DK🙂 

At work I drink alot of coffee, and use International Delight since it does not expire very quickly, I switched to sugar free last week...it's tastes awful, but probably doesn't hurt. Bonus, no one "borrows" it anymore. 

I also cut back on the sugar in my coffee ☕ It took a couple weeks to get used to, but now I know what coffee actually tastes like! Cream and sugar calories sneak in so easily ... 

Oh Phew!😅 …so you’re both still drinking Gods roast DK and Tim! (I’ve tried to cut back cream and sugar too, impossible! ) 

Chuckles, I only drink my coffee with 10% cream. No sugar. Gave up the sugar habit in my coffee 30 years ago & have never looked back ;) Won't give up the cream though. 

Yeah, I gave up sugar in coffee around 2017. Prior to that it was the standard double double. I have been drinking coffee since I was 3 years old. Ran around with it in a blue sippy cup, my mother was not happy about it. My grand parents introduced it to me. 

I used to drink coffee with milk and sugar. A few years ago I cut the sugar in half. About a year ago I suddenly stopped adding milk, and I never looked back. I was 10 when I started drinking coffee. Some poor decision making on my parents part. 

My mother feared it would stunt my growth...If so, thank God for Java, I am 6'2". 

Lol. My dad used to threaten putting bricks on my head so I’d stop growing!
