This if my first journal entry here. I was on live strong, but found it so hard to find the patience to record things on that site because out took do long to load that I have up and gained back all I had lost. I'm losing it this time. I can't stand how I feel in my own body any more. My ultimate goal is 175 lbs, but at this point I just want to be below 200, numbers I haven't seen since middle school. that's ask for now.
