Worked too hard on my day off and ate more than I should’ve. Dang it. I did not break down and have beers or cookies though and I stopped myself from eating half the bag of Lay’s. Teeny tiny deficit but I’ll take it. Now to fight off this migraine forming at 11pm. One day off is not enough. Better day tomorrow, I hope.
