I got on the scales three times this morning. First time said 168.2, next time 169.8, third time 169.0. I decided to just go with the third time since its the average, though I would like to go with the first time.
76,7 kg Bisher verloren: 13,2 kg.    Still to go: 10,9 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.

Maybe I should have because I just got on them again and they said 168.8 and I have eaten though not much but drinked a lot. I got on them more than once though because the loss surprised me.
