This entire month has been a bust for me. Beer is gone so no temptation there but I did have a glass of white wine which was good bc I only had one not 5. 😜 now to get back to basics. I have to stop eating at 7 am. Idk why but when I do that I eat all day and it’s junk. I need to buy healthy snacks and bring to work. Normally I can just eat two meals and a snack all day at work but lately it’s been three meals and three snacks and it’s all junk like breakfast pizza and do nights and toast w nasty butter and a bag of cheese its and a chocolate cake thing w icing. Ugh it’s not even good!! at least I know what is the problem. I set my goal at 146 and here I am at 140 complaining but I know how it goes. Stupid TOM doesn’t help either. I have 5 more days left of this month so let’s see if I can lose a lb. 🤦‍♀️thanks for the support.

I completely agree that early morning eating can set you up to eat all day. I have the same problem & have learned to ignore the pundits of a healthy, usually big, breakfast. I very rarely eat early in the day & am able to control my eating much better without that first early meal. Every body is different & you will find what works best for your body & mind. Good luck to you.
