What a crazy month.
I have only gotten to gym twice in the whole month of June.
My husband is using my car since his car stolen, so I don't have transport.
With the stress we are under my eating has gone south. Just grab whatever is available. I do try make the best choices, but they really aren't the right choices.
I am going to weigh-in either tonight or tomorrow. I am dreading it.
