Restarted my diet and goals. In February of this year I reached a lot of 174.5 lbs, but after going to New Zealand and getting off my diet and IF regime I ballooned to a weight of 187 lbs and since coming back to Japan in May I continued to gain weight to reach a high of 192.5. I injured my knee and wrist while doing mountaineering in NZ which reduced my ability to continue with my exercise regime. I continue to experience problems today. However, while in NZ I got heavily into eating a ton of sweets, brownie, squares (as they refer to them) and many other high calorie foods, so despite doing a great deal of hiking and mountaineering and on some days up to 14 hours I gained weight. This is very evident of what a high sugar diet can do even with a very intense exercise regime. It shows me once again that I must deal with my sugar addiction and if I don't not matter how much exercise I do I will continue to gain. So, after a year of keeping a great diet and exercise regime from February 2014 to February 2015, I have almost yo-yoed back to my original weight which was 197.5 lbs. It is time to address my diet which is most crucial and try to do a moderate exercise despite my injuries. It has been a very tough reality pill to swallow, but I am determined to get back down to 174 lbs as it felt so amazing.
