No sure what has happened as when I weighed in the other day I was 192.5 (after meal) and with eating less, walking and feeling less bloated today (morning weight with no food)and yet gained about 2.5 lbs. It is quite discouraging as I am eating right, have dramatically cut down on my calories and definitely on sweets and yet my weight continues to go upwards. I guess I have to really look at my eating habits, but it is so frustrating.
