well I have to admit I ate to much during the 4th of July weekend. So now it is time to get serious in my eating and working out. I was doing really well with my going to the track and walking 2 miles last week, then I had a bad asthma attack on Wednesday, so I have been kinda nervous to get out there and walk again. I am hoping by tomorrow I will feel comfortable to get out and walk again. It is just so hot and muggy here.
