I had a really active day today. I went for another 1 km bike ride and walked three times (this morning for 30 minutes, 45 minutes at the dog park and another 30 minutes at sunset. I also spent 45 minutes pouring water into our holding tanks (we're full time RVers... Right now we're at a campground that doesn't have running water or sewers) So it's starting to add up. Hopefully I can get back on track with my diet and the pounds will soon start dropping off. :)
