I failed my 335lb x 3 reps PR yesterday. Was only able to get one rep. I was 80% I can get it, but.. I think the reason is I didn't focus on my strength and don't know how to bench press using all my body muscles, how to drive with legs and etc..

Well leg drive and arches are only good if you’re just trying to go the heaviest you can. But without leg drive n extreme arches, you get more upper muscle activation that get better growth. But strong stuff man! 💪

thanks for all the support I feel better now. At first, I was so upset I couldn't bench what I targeted for. I was able to do 315x3 during the warm up
