So I really need to do some cardio. I don't have gym membership anymore (couldn't afford it... this substitute teacher pay doesn't allow it, especially in summer when there IS no pay lol - man, I need my own classroom....), and it's way too hot (and right now, smokey) to go out running anywhere outside...
So, I've decided to reinvest myself in my good ol' DDR game. Back when I did this diet a few years ago and did really well, that's all I was doing, playing about 3-5 times a week for about 30min-1hour. It worked really well, and you forget it's exercise because it's fun.
