It was, and i think I prefer the psyllium husk coating over plain.

Gives it an added crunchy texture, I think the plain would be far better over a grill.

I'm sure it does!! I love tandoori chicken I have a favorite Indian restaurant I go to for it because I've tried making it and it does NOT taste the same lol

Every region of India has their own Tandoori Spice mix, so it will even taste different from one restaurant to another, depending on if they use their own mix, or buy a premade. It has taken me several years to find the spice mix I like.
