On July 1st I weighed in at 191.4 lbs. For some unknown reason my weight keeps going up and thus far this month I have gained about 6 lbs weighing in at 197.5 lbs.
I came back to my hometown for a visit from Japan. Since coming back I have been biking or running everyday with lots of walking and my diet is good (vegetarian). However, since I returned on July 16th I have put on about 6 lbs in almost a week despite biking up to 100 km a day and x-country running from 30-45" combined with bikes and walks. In addition, I bike everywhere or walk to do any errands or meet friends which adds a lot of km. I have probably biked about 700-800 km since I came back to my hometown and this does not include running or walking.
I have no idea what is happening as despite eating quite well and really upping my exercise my weight continues to climb and on some days I am extremely bloated. It is very frustrating to apparently be doing everything right and yet I can see my stomach continuing to expand. It makes no sense. I will see my doc tomorrow and hopefully we can figure it out.
