@APhoebe, that sounds delish but it would cause so much distress for me. I suffer from GERD(gastroesophageal reflux disease) and that would most definitely irritate that condition. It sucks bc I love spicy foods but sometimes the heartburn and reflux just isn't worth it.

Not sure what kind of w.o.e. You are following but be aware cream cheese is very high in fat and calories. I also love it but it is one of the foods that doesn’t love me back

For me, I'm honestly just mainly worried about sugar intake and portions... That's my biggest problem. It's not what I'm eating, it's how much I eat. My moderation button malfunctioned a long time ago and my eyes get bigger than my stomach and by the time I come out of my food trance, I've eaten myself sick.

Q Ive done that many times. For me it’s called a binge. Ive learned to really drink so much water so i feel full when i should feel full. Work in progress but it’s working for now. I also am using a scale to weigh my food. As many others have said its an eye opener.
