I started counting calories again after hitting my peak of 140 pounds 5 days ago. Wow, was I ever snacking. The class of wine and or beer is as bad as a bag of Fritos. Tracking all my food intake is really making me accountable. I was blaming my weight gain on age. Hmmmmm
Anyway just made homemade egg drop soup for lunch. Only 80 calories a cup!!!!
