Ugh… I’m so sad. I started back to work this week. I’m a teacher. It was a really busy week and I felt like I didn’t have time to work out or track. I also feel like I was still mindful about what I ate and I was definitely getting more steps in. My husband said I was looking like I was toning. I don’t understand why the scale keeps going up.
