Yesterday's weigh in was 154.4. I need to correct that. Today's weighin is 153.4. I lost a pound in a day. Wow! Raw Veganism is doable and I have great energy. It's not a fad diet for me, I want to make it a way of life. Going to Philly to minister through dance next week and they have all sorts of vegan-friendly restaurants. That'll be great! Basic 4 which is next to our hotel even has a vegan cheesesteak. And the reviews on it is good. Can't wait.
Prayerfully, I can get to 150 by this weekend and 145 next weekend when I'm in Philly.
