Its my birthday in 7 weeks time. I really need to loose 5kg in that time. want to be under 115kg by 12 of October. That means I need to loose at least +-700g per week. Really need to lessen my food intakes and up my exercise.

I think 700g a week is possible. I started gym on wed. 2 days later I've lost 500g. Hoping to make it 1kg by next week wed. I'm on a strict calorie count though. All the best.
