So I had a slight misstep yesterday. I ended up eating two rice krispie treats and had a sandwich for no reason in the middle of the day. I tried to compensate by just having some green beans for dinner since I wasn't really hungry by then.

I don't always log on the weekends b/c I don't always use my computer. I really dislike logging on this site on my phone for some reason. I find my foods hard to find and it's just not user friendly.

Anyway, back on the wagon today. Losing weight seems to be harder now that I am older. I used to be able to continually lose one pound a day. Now it's a struggle to lose 0.anything, lol. But I'll keep at it!
