Today i started thinking, so I am supposed to lose big this week my consultant says... I lost 4lbs my first week, and then gained 1.2lbs my 2nd week. I am so scared that I will not lose any weight, or even worse... that I will head back to the dreaded 250 that I swore I would never reach. I am determined that nomatter what, I will not stop the walks, or the eating. This is the first time in my life that I have coupled diet & exercise. I normally just worked out & ate anything and still expected to lose weight. I am going to really be patient with myself & give this a chance.... I hope this Saturday will bring some much needed good news.
