avocado toast is one of the things I miss most while eating keto style. I love to put hot sauce, green onion, pistachios and sliced radish on top of the avocado. time to figure out a way to make it without bread.

prairiesue I did try carbon. it was very good. I found that eating any bread at all starts me back on the slippery slope of craving bread every day every meal. I even tried rye crisp. so next im looking for recipes for bread substitutes. apparently you can bake cheese into crackers. gotta try that.
