We went to a buffet last night where I ate lots of seafood and other meats. Stayed away from the starches and mostly the desserts. And believe me some of those desserts looked awesome. I was really hungry when we got there and I thought I would probably treat myself to dessert for the first time in 6 weeks. But after I ate the proteins the sweets just lost their appeal. And this morning I was down another pound! Another 100% day!
