Woke up with the WORST allergies and stuffy nose and having a hard time getting started. I made some bullet proof coffee this morning with the hopes it will give me a kick start and I get my feet moving.. Need my morning walk or my mojo is off and maybe Ill feel good if I "sweat" it out.. I dunno thou.. thinking about getting back in bed... The bad thing about being sick is it always messes with my diet.. Hope you having a better day today than I am.. Happy Tuesday..
