Home from Branson and I actually lost a couple of pounds after all the eating out at the shows. I guess it worked because so many shows had plenty of meat, beef and chicken. I was able to resist the rolls which I normally can't. And for the first time in years I had no desire for snacks. The only side effect I notice with a low carb diet has been a greasy taste in my mouth. Anyone notice that? I also crave water a lot.
