I have not been good at logging what I eat, so I do try to eat well and healthy. I still workout every day by walking my dogs in the mornings and going to the gym for 2hrs 3 times a week which seems to work for me, for now. It's still really hot and sticky here which I think starts to wear you down and it's hard to stay positive all the time. Have a great Sunday everyone. :)
