I am so psyched! Did great over the weekend, better than I could have expected. Every time I think about cheating on this diet or overeating I remember that I don't want ANYTHING to come between me and my goal. Any food that stands in my way has got to GO!

I realize it won't always be this easy to resist, but right now I am fired up! I want this feeling that I have right now, to last forever.

Just seen your journal comment, great job last weekend. I am feeling the same way right now. Stay fired up it feels good! I've been fired up for a couple of weeks and have been able to avoid several temptations. It gets really tough but feels good when you do.
